I was born in Turin, Italy. Today I live outside the city and work through guest spots across northern Italy, especially in and around Turin.
I taught myself to draw very early. It has always been my way of communicating beyond language. Over time I stripped away subjects to explore pure abstract shape.
Tattooing began as an experiment… One that is still ongoing.
My first mentor gave me the bare minimum to start. That pushed me to develop my own feel for skin texture, techniques, and tattoo instruments with a totally personal approach.
More than ten years have passed since then. First came pure curiosity and the building of a method. Then a phase of artistic research. Now I concentrate only on the process and the body, on what the shape communicates. I call it the primordial tattooing phase.
Along the way I moved through many languages: geometric patterns, tribal, blackwork, new school, micro-realism, fine line, cyber. Each period had its own references. Then I found my own.
In 2019 I founded Noir Cult. After five years I wanted to concentrate on the spirit itself of tattooing, so I sacrificed the business I was running to focus on my artistic vision.
Somehow the Noir Cult is still real, kept alive by people who continued supporting me without an actual studio, and I'm grateful about that.
My style is exactly like my name: Noirmancer. I work with black ink as if it were alive. A conscious entity.
My references come from cyber culture, hacker aesthetics, technomancy, dystopian transhumanism. The style took form in these latest years, when I left behind every traditional aesthetic to move towards organic shapes, giving them a life of their own.
I observe the body dynamically, following its unique flow. I consider tattoos 4D sculptures, not drawings on skin.
I only use black ink, switching between coil machines and self-made rotaries depending on what each piece demands. Whenever possible I work freehand, without presets.
Everything starts with a connection with the client. I don't choose projects based on the design, but on respect and trust in that interaction.
To me, tattooing means realising the shape a person feels to be inside.
